Vice President of Pre-Construction Planning & Strategic Growth
Rob is a quiet force behind the growth of EDiS Company.
Rob began his career as an intern for EDiS in 1997, and he has never looked back. While serving as chief estimator for EDiS from 2009 through 2017, Rob learned that success in construction was all about relationships. That is why he quietly managed to develop strong professional bonds with some of the most influential and widely respected construction and development companies in the region, and why those companies trust Rob and EDiS again and again to build their projects. In his role as Vice President of Pre-Construction Planning & Strategic Growth, Rob is focused on emphasizing pre-construction services in order to strengthen the transition from contract signing to ground breaking. But really, Rob’s title just means that he makes important projects happen for EDiS. And that is just what he does. From spearheading the Avenue North construction to leading the design/build initiative and renewed growth in the Southern Delaware and Eastern Pennsylvania markets, Rob has helped to bring EDiS into a new era of success. And from what we are hearing, the best is yet to come.

Chris brought with him an extraordinary ability to make sense of the chaos, bring order and organization, and run a process-driven project that leads to successful outcomes for our clients. It was these abilities, along with his friendly demeanor, contagious smile, and can-do attitude, that has helped Chris rise to the position of Operations Manager for EDiS.
