Todd Bosch

Chief Estimator

With nearly 30 years in the construction industry and over 18 years focused on estimating, Todd Bosch brings a rare blend of technical skill, market insight, and leadership to his role as Chief Estimator at EDiS. His early exposure to construction—growing up around job sites and learning to read plans at the age of 12—shaped a career defined by the ability to see the big picture while capturing every detail. Todd’s talent lies in visualizing complex projects and translating them into accurate, strategic budgets that set the stage for successful builds.

Todd’s portfolio spans some of the region’s most notable projects, including the restoration of Longwood Gardens’ Main Fountain Garden, the expansive Hodgson Vo-Tech additions, and the 2,000-seat auditorium at Wilmington University. On each project, he has leveraged his ability to work collaboratively with design teams, understand client priorities, and identify value-driven solutions—sometimes even finding ways to expand a project’s scope without increasing its budget.

As Chief Estimator, Todd focuses on refining preconstruction processes, strengthening both CM and GC estimating practices, and mentoring the next generation of estimators. His philosophy is rooted in partnership: understanding design intent, aligning with client goals, and using technology and historical data to produce accurate, transparent, and timely cost models. Todd approaches every budget as an opportunity to not just meet expectations, but to create space for clients to add value to their programs—delivering results that have a lasting impact on the communities those projects serve.
