Chris Donahue

Director of AMP

Chris Donahue was an expert at virtual design and construction before most of the industry even knew it existed.

Coming from a background in architecture and engineering, Chris has a designer’s mindset. He understands design at a fundamental level – which is why he is so very good at dissecting it to find potential disruptions to the construction process, and opportunities for cost savings for his clients. As Director of EDiS’ AMP Team, providing Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM), Chris uses immersive emerging technologies to provide improved project outcomes, project cost savings, improved regulatory approval and permitting outcomes, lowered risk, and better post-construction facilities management. Chris manages a team of tech professionals who find creative, forward-thinking uses of the most current construction technology to solve even the most complex challenges. He also bridges the talent and expertise of his team with the construction knowledge and experience of EDiS Company as a whole.
