He guides construction projects from start to finish, including site management, coordination of subcontractors, meeting project milestones, and ensuring exceptional workmanship. Mark is dedicated to completing projects on time, within budget, while following all OSHA and EDiS Company safety guidelines. He has extensive knowledge of construction trades including site preparation, foundations, masonry, elevations, electric/mechanical work, and rough and finish carpentry.
His ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints, construction documents, and building specifications to see that construction is completed as intended is a significant resource to our clients and our trade contractors. He excels at pre-planning of subcontractors, materials, look ahead scheduling, and communication through daily reports to the project manager throughout the project, cost control, and enforcement of OSHA safety standards. Mark’s ability to work effectively with engineers, architects, client representatives, building officials, sub-contractors, building managers, inspectors, and other industry professionals to review job progress and address outstanding issues provides the highest level of service and professionalism to clients.
