As the head of a family business that has built hundreds of schools, office buildings, recreation facilities, libraries, and religious buildings across the mid-Atlantic region, Brian DiSabatino learned early on the importance of hard work, community, and service.

Brian DiSabatino is the visionary leader of EDiS Company. As CEO, Brian leads the company in fulfillment of its mission and vision, and is the true embodiment of a servant leader. He leads by example, and is never shy about rolling up his sleeves and jumping in when he can be of service. Since joining the firm in 1987 as a fourth-generation owner, Brian has established himself as a leader in both the industry and the community. Brian leads our teams in the role of trusted advisor through the planning and construction process, from the drawing on the napkin through the cutting of the ribbon and beyond.

As CEO, Brian is charged with strategy, operations, legislative affairs, and the EDiS customer experience. Brian has been a co-founder of financial institutions, served in advisory roles for multi-national corporations, and is well versed in translating business strategy into facility design and construction. He is also a co-founder of the Town of Whitehall, a 30-year, 1,000-acre pedestrian-based town that is changing the future of planned living for residents and communities in Delaware and beyond.
