Starting her career as a Project Engineer, Jacqueline’s transition into estimating reflects her deep commitment to understanding every facet of construction management. Her tenure at EDiS is distinguished by her ability to bridge the gap between raw data and its application in the field, ensuring project managers are equipped with the necessary insights to drive success from pre-construction through permit submission.

A University of Delaware alumna with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Communications, Jacqueline’s educational background is complemented by certifications such as OSHA 30 and CPR, alongside her active involvement in ACE Mentoring and the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). Her experience spans significant projects in commercial, healthcare, industrial, and recreational sectors, showcasing her versatility and dedication to excellence.
