Brennan O'Quinn

Field Team - Superintendent

Brennan O’Quinn brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to his role as Superintendent at EDiS, backed by a strong foundation in carpentry and field leadership. Beginning his career in residential construction, Brennan quickly advanced from a laborer to running his own jobs, gaining experience across a wide range of trades including framing, flooring, tile, casework, and finish carpentry. This early experience provided him with a deep understanding of how buildings come together—from both a craftsmanship and coordination perspective.

In his role as Superintendent, Brennan manages commercial construction projects from start to finish, overseeing scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, and day-to-day site operations. He is known for his clear communication, strong time management, and ability to keep projects on track while maintaining a clean and safe job site. His project experience includes retail renovations, medical fit-outs, and complex occupied-space work, where minimizing disruption to ongoing operations is critical. Notable projects include work for clients such as Hobby Lobby, Burlington Coat Factory, Brandywine Pediatrics, and AstraZeneca, where he supported both ground-up and renovation efforts.

Brennan’s ability to manage multiple moving parts—while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule—makes him a reliable leader in the field. He takes pride in delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations and values the collaborative relationships built with project teams, subcontractors, and clients. Outside of work, Brennan is deeply committed to his community, serving as a youth football coach for many years, where he instills discipline, teamwork, and leadership in the next generation.
