Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Bob Froelich guides EDiS’s financial strategy with a focus on operational excellence, risk management, and long-term growth. Over his 35+ year career, Bob has served in leadership roles for companies across multiple sectors, including construction services, healthcare, waste management, and international manufacturing. In each role, he has consistently driven revenue growth, improved profitability, and developed processes that strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency.
At EDiS, Bob’s approach goes beyond the numbers. He believes that successful financial leadership depends on building strong relationships, mentoring team members, and maintaining a people-first perspective. His leadership style balances coaching and collaboration—sharing knowledge when he can, and learning deeply when the challenge calls for it.
Bob’s passion for construction stems from the creativity and complexity of building projects, and the operational steps it takes to make them real. His curiosity drives him to keep learning and figuring out new ways to support teams and clients alike. Outside the office, Bob spent 15 years coaching hockey, working with players ranging from three-year-olds to young adults, an experience that shaped his mentorship-driven leadership style. A fan of 1970s rock—especially Led Zeppelin and AC/DC—Bob also laughs about one of his earliest jobs, working in a cement factory where the crew was nicknamed the “Crete people” for the dust they carried home at the end of each shift.
