Aaron McDaniel is a well-rounded and certified carpenter with a diverse background in construction, maintenance, and project coordination. A graduate of Delcastle Technical High School’s carpentry program, Aaron further advanced his skills through a formal carpentry apprenticeship, building a strong technical foundation in both residential and commercial construction. His early career included working as a lead carpenter on projects for major clients such as W.L. Gore, Procter & Gamble, and DuPont, where he gained hands-on experience in lab construction, door installation, concrete work, and preventive maintenance.
Over the course of his career, Aaron has developed a broad skill set that extends beyond carpentry into construction management and property maintenance. In a previous role, he had taken on responsibilities as both a carpenter and Assistant Maintenance Manager, overseeing repairs, renovations, and ongoing facility needs across multiple properties. His experience includes electrical work, plumbing, welding, roofing, flooring, and heavy equipment operation, allowing him to approach projects with a comprehensive understanding of building systems and maintenance requirements.
Known for his versatility and problem-solving ability, Aaron is skilled in managing projects from start to finish while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. His ability to work across multiple trades, read and interpret project requirements, and adapt to a wide range of construction challenges makes him a valuable asset to any team.
