During the most recent decade, EDiS Company has partnered with POLYTECH on over $45 million in campus additions and renovations. The goal has always been to renovate a large majority of the existing building infrastructure (roofs, HVAC, electrical, flooring, fire/safety systems, ADA upgrades etc.) while allowing POLYTECH to continue to operate as a fully functioning school. A construction schedule was created to allow for targeted work to be completed during the summer months as well as after hours during the school year to renovate the cafeteria, kitchen, cosmetology career area, school store, guidance and wellness offices, and the older bathrooms in the school.

EDiS has many years of experience in navigating the administrative requirements involved in managing large-scale projects. EDiS completed all administrative tasks such as assisting in preparing the initial certificate of necessity, working with the architects to ensure appropriate value engineering, conducting a fair and compliant bid process, conducting and documenting progress meetings, reporting monthly to the school board, managing budget and schedules, and ensuring that all final close-out documents were in order.
