Marvin & Palmer Associates 22nd and 23rd Floor Renovations

EDiS Company provided construction services for a complete renovation of Marvin & Palmer Associates, Inc.’s occupied, 30,000 square foot office located on the 22nd and 23rd floor of the 1201 North Market Street Building in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. It was a three-phase project that included installation of an interior stairwell. The design repurposed about 1/3 of the offices to build two kitchenettes, two locker rooms, and a gym area. The controls to the base building were updated during the project. Careful consideration was made to protect the fish tanks that remained in place throughout the duration of the project.
