When I visited the Cooper Institute in Dallas a few years ago, I wasn’t searching for a wellness revolution—I was looking for ways to reduce healthcare costs at our company. What I found instead was something far more personal and far more powerful: a better understanding of the connection between health, happiness, and long-term success.
That discovery reshaped the way we lead at EDiS. It also opened my eyes to a bigger opportunity—one that stretches far beyond our company and into the future of our entire state.
