After having worked on a multitude of projects at 1 Research Way for BioMed Realty Trust, EDiS Company has been hired as the Construction Manager for the phased fitup of 50,581 square feet for PMV Pharmaceuticals in Princeton, NJ. The first phase consists primarily of painting and carpet replacement throughout the office space after partial demolition is complete. The second phase includes the building of new labs and lab support space. The project also includes a new HVAC system for PMV Pharma in an existing one-story building located at 1 Research Way. The EDiS Company team is excited to jump right in and begin doing what we do best, building what matters.
Roger Tighe, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, brings his superior skills in planning, organization, and execution to the PMV Pharma project as a Project Manager. Roger’s experience in healthcare and life science projects will add significant value to the process for our clients!
