Warren Ellis

Warren is responsible for all aspects of project administration, from initial design and pre-construction through Owner occupancy including budgeting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration. Warren has worked in the construction industry since 1984, having successfully completed projects for a number of large corporations including DuPont, W.L. Gore, and Koch Industries. He has also worked on a number of large-scale government projects for clients including the Army Corps of Engineers, the United States Air Force Base Civil Engineers, and Army & Airforce Exchange Services. Warren also has extensive experience with R&D laboratory and clean room environments, medical products manufacturing, critical environment manufacturing, K-12 educational facilities, correctional facilities, and central plant operations facilities.
