Project Manager
Peter Bowen is an experienced construction professional with more than 15 years managing diverse and technically challenging projects across the Mid-Atlantic region. With a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Drexel University, Peter has developed a deep expertise in envelope systems, site logistics, and schedule development.
Peter’s project portfolio includes higher education, municipal, multi-family housing, light industrial, and non-profit developments. His work includes the Rowan University engineering building, envelope reskinning of One Montgomery Plaza, and sustainable construction efforts such as a net-zero commercial building with the Sustainable Energy Fund in Allentown. He’s also contributed to alternative energy infrastructure with Bloom Energy, as well as several projects for Philadelphia Parks & Recreation and the Free Library of Philadelphia.
Known for his ability to dive into the details and solve problems before they arise, Peter thrives in the complexity of construction—especially when it comes to two key components: schedule development and management; and envelope systems and weatherproofing. His strength lies not only in his technical knowledge but also in his clear, grounded approach to collaboration. He’s committed to building not just structures, but trust and teamwork on every jobsite.
