Nicolette Egan

Project Manager

Nicolette Egan is a Project Manager at EDiS, where she brings a unique blend of engineering expertise, construction field experience, and people-centered leadership to every project. With a degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Rowan University, Nicolette’s path into construction was shaped early—growing up in a union construction family, she developed an appreciation for the craft from a young age.

Her professional background spans work in safety, engineering, and construction management roles across diverse sectors including healthcare, higher education, pharmaceutical, and telecommunications. She has managed complex renovations and ground-up builds for clients such as North Carolina State University, Alamance Community College, and the U.S. Air Force. Whether overseeing lab construction or reskinning a ten-story façade, Nicolette thrives on solving technical challenges and turning ideas into lasting spaces.

Known for her organization, detail orientation, and people-first approach, Nicolette sees success as a combination of technical excellence and strong relationships. Her engineering mindset helps her understand how and why things are built, while her artistic perspective gives her a broader vision of a project’s potential. She’s a strong problem solver and a calm presence in high-pressure situations—especially when navigating change orders or resolving field coordination.

For Nicolette, construction is about more than structures; it’s about people working as a collective to create something meaningful. She takes pride in helping teams succeed, understanding client goals, and building places that serve communities for generations.
