Jon is an organized and process-driven Project Manager and professional engineer whose attention to detail drives outstanding results for EDiS clients. Jon’s skills lie in managing large teams to coordinate and manage multiple trades, carefully tracking and maintaining budget and schedule throughout the course of a project. He works closely with owners and design teams to resolve design challenges proactively before they become costly problems in the field. Jon brings a strong sense of organization and purpose to each project, inspiring confidence in project owners, design team members, and contractors alike. His leadership on the project will take the form of excellent communication and transparency, timely and accurate reporting, complete accountability, and predictable outcomes.
