As a Senior Project Manager at EDiS, Jason Hartman leverages nearly 20 years of experience across a wide range of sectors—including pharmaceutical manufacturing, higher education, healthcare, residential, and transportation—to lead complex projects from concept to completion. Starting his career as a Project Engineer, Jason worked his way through the ranks, gaining hands-on expertise in design-build delivery, new construction, and large-scale renovations. His portfolio includes high-profile projects such as a $65M pharmaceutical API manufacturing facility, the $80M GlaxoSmithKline “Smart” Lab Renovation, a $340M new hospital, and large mixed-use residential developments.

Jason’s leadership style is defined by structure, clarity, and accountability. He believes in maintaining open communication with clients and teams, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities. Known for spotting and addressing potential issues before they escalate, he helps owners navigate challenges and make informed decisions—always with an eye toward minimizing costs and maximizing value.
