Bobb Smith, EDiS Project Manager, brings a unique blend of project management and architectural design experience to client projects both big and small. Bobby’s creative approach to problem solving are core strengths that foster collaboration between all members of client and contractor teams.

He works closely with owners and design teams to resolve design challenges proactively before they become costly problems in the field, while respecting and protecting design intent. He excels in generating and reviewing all aspect of permit, bidding, and construction level documentation in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Ultimately, his leadership on the project takes the form of excellent communication and transparency, timely and accurate reporting, complete accountability, and predictable outcomes.
