EDiS Company developed the 102-unit Woodlea Senior Living Apartment complex specifically for section 8 Senior Housing. EDiS formed a management company to manage the facility and interact with HUD. These one bedroom units include a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The common areas include community rooms and laundry facilities. This project was sold to a non-profit in 2011.
