EDiS completed a three-story, approximately 52,000-square-foot School of Law building for Wilmington University, enhancing the Brandywine campus with spaces intentionally designed to support hands-on legal education. The facility features four auditorium-style lecture halls, a striking three-story atrium, collaborative study areas, and advanced audiovisual systems supporting both in-person and hybrid learning.

A standout feature is the building’s mock trial rooms, designed to closely replicate real courtroom settings with dedicated areas for judges, witnesses, juries, and public viewing — complete with integrated monitors for displaying evidence and case materials. Together, these spaces reflect purposeful design that prepares students to enter the legal profession with real-world experience and confidence.
