EDiS Company provided construction management services for Capital School District’s new 600-student elementary school as part of their 2006 Referendum. The exterior of the building was designed with multi-colored brick and split-face block. The main interior corridor features multi-colored glazed blocks. The facility provides a large media center; computer room; music, art, and reading educational spaces; two resource centers; and a gymnasium for the Capital School District students. Construction took place on an occupied campus, directly adjacent to the old building, which was then demolished to make way for additional parking.
