EDiS Company oversaw the structural repair to existing warehouse foundations from the Warehouse R Dry Bulk Storage Facility built for Port Contractors in 2011. The building piers and asphalt floor pavement was sinking due to poor drainage in soil conditions. The solution consisted of replacing under-slab concrete-encased tie rods that stabilized concrete piers to return to proper tension as designed.
