Most Blessed Sacrament School

EDiS Company was contracted to build the Most Blessed Sacrament School located in Berlin, Maryland. This project included the construction of administration areas, classrooms, laboratory areas, a library, and athletic facilities. Interior construction consisted of metal stud and drywall partitions, acoustical ceilings, and vinyl-composition tile flooring. The exterior wall consisted of a combination of metal stud assemblies with a block and masonry veneer. EDiS also installed a four-pipe mechanical system with energy recovery units which allow provisions for both heating and cooling during the summer and winter months. This project performed on a fast-track schedule, concentrating on completing the project in phases to finish before the mandatory opening at the start of the school year.
