Legg Mason Interior Fit Out

EDiS Company provided construction services for Legg Mason to renovate 15,520 square feet of office space located in Wilmington, Delaware. The renovations transformed the space into a combination of half glass-fronted closed offices and half open-office workstations. The finished job provided for perimeter private offices, a trader’s office, meeting areas, multiple conference rooms, a data center computer room, file storage, a café, reception area, and a wellness/shower area with lockers. Construction was completed within four months.
