Eckert, Seamans, Cherin & Mellott 7th Floor Renovation

EDiS Company provided construction services to renovate the 7^th Floor of Eckert Seamans offices located in Wilmington, Delaware. Renovations included a new office space, cubicles, two kitchens, a new lobby/reception area, and a new HVAC system. It also involved new paint, carpets, ceiling, and lighting throughout. The lobby/reception area included new tile floors, casework/millwork, and crown molding. EDiS compressed the construction schedule and completed the project in less than four months. The team received their Certificate of Occupancy a week prior to the scheduled completion date, allowing the client to move in earlier than originally anticipated.
