DeVry University is a privately held institution and is the subsidiary of Adtalem Global Education. The project, located in Fort Washington, PA, consisted of the build-out of an existing 5,020 SF space and the relocation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) from the existing space. Demolition in the new location included interior walls as well as removal the existing ceiling grid and carpet. MEP systems were replaced and upgraded throughout. New construction consisted of the build-out of four classrooms, open staff offices, huddle rooms, and a commons area. Select pieces of new furniture were purchased, but most of the classroom and office furniture, fixtures, and IT/AV equipment were relocated from the existing location. The existing space was decommissioned.
