Completed on schedule and on budget, the Delaware Technical Community College parking garage is comprised of concrete foundations and a precast structure. The building presented several potential challenges that EDiS Company seamlessly addressed. One, the building had to be completed by winter session. Second, EDiS had to coordinate the usage and displacement of adjacent parking lots. Finally, the size of the site was small for installing precast members which were 60 feet in length.
