The design of the parking garage completed by EDiS Company includes a restaurant and retail shops at street level and 165,000 square feet of parking on six levels. The foundation is a drilled pier foundation system founded on natural rock. The structure is a structural precast column and “Tee” system with 30 foot parking bays. The exterior is an architectural precast system with vertical mullions which provide a visual screen for the parked vehicles. This structure is capable of supporting a nine story office building.
