EDiS’ Training Specialist, in conjunction with Operations, Division, and Department Managers, will conduct needs assessments of all EDiS Employees to identify training and development programs that enhance the competencies of employees. Based on the results of the needs assessment, this position will help identify both internal and external training resources, organize and implement training, and evaluate success of training.
