Chris joined EDiS in 2001 with 15 years of prior experience in the design and construction management industries. Chris served as the Resident Engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Dover Air Force Base and gained extensive experience with dormitory, lodging, medical, industrial, and commercial facilities. He is responsible for all aspects of project administration, from initial design through owner occupancy including budgeting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration. Chris has built a deep familiarity with our clients, methods, and project roster. Chris received both a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, holds an American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) Healthcare Construction Certificate, and is a registered Professional Engineer, PMI Project Management Professional, and LEED Green Associate. In 2016, Chris retired from the U.S. Army Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel after 30 years of dedicated service.
Chris is currently serving on the Appoquinimink Foundation. He also enjoys spending time with his family. In his spare time, Chris enjoys woodworking and furniture building.
