Beth Press

Director of People Development

Beth is responsible for taking care of the EDiS team, so they can take care of our clients and our projects.

As the Director of People Development for EDiS, Beth Press oversees the human resources, training, and recruitment operations for the company. In her role, she helps build and sustain positive workplace relationships, fosters diversity and inclusion, encourages cooperation and collaboration, and facilitates conflict management. Beth has been with EDiS since 2006, and focuses on developing employees both personally and professionally, determining where training and employee education can contribute to the overall success of the company. She has managed and grown the EDiS Academy initiative, delivering both internal and external educational resources to EDiS staff for both technical and leadership professional education and development.

Among Beth’s most important responsibilities is recruiting the best and the brightest to EDiS. Our company is a family, and Beth is tasked with looking for new members who will fit best into our culture, add value to our clients, and help to grow EDiS as we move toward the future together.
