The facility also includes NCAA men’s and women’s locker rooms, a film viewing room, and new offices for staff and coaches.

The new 43,474 SF Wellness Center, a two-story building located to the south of the Basketball Gymnasium, was Phase II. The project included a re-use of the existing gym as well as adding an additional gym and more training and exercise opportunities for the student population. The Wellness Center included a two-story entry lobby/social lounge with a juice bar. There are two full sized gymnasiums, a 1/8 mile elevated indoor jogging/walking track, two exercise/multipurpose rooms, two large fitness and weight training areas as well as large locker rooms with a laundry area and equipment room. Additionally, there are offices and administration areas for faculty and staff.
