PNC BANK CENTER
Asset Management Alliance (AMA) provides full service property management services for one of Wilmington’s finest commercial “Class A” office buildings, the PNC Bank Center. AMA has developed a strong working relationship with the partnership owners of the facility. Detailed monthly status reports are provided with focus on operating expense statements, vacancy reports, preventive maintenance schedules, service calls and capital expense projections. AMA has successfully managed this facility since it was constructed in 1988.
CONECTIV BUILDING
AMA provides comprehensive property management services to the Conectiv Building. The facility is located within walking distance of the new courthouse. AMA has managed the conversion of the facility from a single tenant source to a multi-tenant “Class A” office facility. The building houses Conectiv’s executive offices and several established law firms in the Wilmington area. AMA balances owner and tenant interests and provides an outstanding facility in which to conduct business.

ST. EDMOND’S ACADEMY
In June 2003, AMA was requested to provide a quote to the Academy for maintenance and management services. After extensive review, it was determined that AMA could provide this service at a savings to the Academy and increase the level of service provided to the student and teacher base. Combining AMA’s maintenance expertise with critical contractor services has created an outstanding environment at the Academy. St. Edmond’s has partnered with AMA on the planning and operation of it’s new expansion which opened in 2006.
