After moving into Hercules Plaza, Potter Anderson Corroon requested the services of EDiS for an interior renovation of their existing office space. The modification consisted of 10 conference rooms, numerous case rooms, 24 paralegal offices and 71 attorney offices.
EDiS turned the former Backstage Cafe into the Conley Ward's Steakhouse in 8 weeks. EDiS worked closely with the owners and Mitchell Associates to start construction of 9,300 sf and at the same time finish the design to enable the restaurant to open for the 2004 holiday season.
Established in 1960, A. R. Morris Jewelers is a second-generation jeweler who understands the market potential in Greenville, DE. A. R. Morris turned to EDiS Interior Construction to help with their new 1,000-sf store with luxurious finishes including custom display cases and sophisticated security. The "total gut" transformation was completed in just four weeks.
