In the process, we partnered with PNC Bank, who provided financing and became the lead tenant for this Class A office building. | Uniqema Corporate Headquarters, New Castle County, DE This high profile, state of the art facility serves as the Corporate Headquarters for Uniqema, Imperial Chemicals International American subsidiary. EDiS Development created a design/build team that successfully selected a premier site, achieved an expedited land use approval, delivered an award winning building under budget and on time and crafted a mutually attractive lease agreement with Uniqema. We leveraged the EDiS Total Project Solution through use of an EDiS Building Systems delivered multi story structural system and facility management provided by Asset Management Alliance. | Merrill Lynch Regional Headquarters, Dover, DE EDiS Development provided a build to suit solution that specifically addressed the needs of a worldwide financial services company interested in establishing a local presence. EDiS Development managed all facets of the project, beginning with site selection, acquisition and land use approval. The finished building successfully met the aesthetic and architectural requirements imposed by the City of Dover Historic Commission.
