Since passing their referendum in 2010, Capital School District has been working with EDiS and the team of ABHA and HCM to budget and design the new Dover High School. This 290,000 sf, $114 Million, 1,800 student high school will be located on a 100 acre site just west of Dover along Rt. 8. Pre-Construction began in May of 2010 and will conclude in August of 2011. The first Bid Pac will consist of site utility installation and construction will begin in June of 2011. The building foundation and structure will begin in October of 2011. The overall project completion is scheduled for the spring of 2014 ready for the start of the school year in September.
