Specifics:

Since passing their referendum in 2010, Capital School District has been working with EDiS and the team of Becker Morgan Group to budget and design the new Capital Professional Center. This 27,000 sf, will be located on the former Stock Lumber Yard site recently purchased by the School District just West of Dover. Pre-Construction began in May of 2010 and will conclude in March of 2011. The construction is scheduled to begin in May of 2011 and be complete by April of 2012.
