Since passing their referendum in 2010, Capital School District has been working with EDiS and the team of Becker Morgan Group to budget and design the new Capital Maintenance Facility. This 10,000 sf facility will be located on the former Stock Lumber Yard site which was recently purchased by the School District. Pre-Construction began in May of 2010 and concluded in March of 2011. Demolition of the existing buildings began in December in 2010 and will be complete in March of 2011. The construction is scheduled to begin in April of 2011 and be complete by August of 2011.
