Nearly a Century of Construction Expertise Working For You Sussex Tech This project added 63,000 square feet to the existing Georgetown Campus of Sussex Tech while renovating an additional 10,000 square feet of existing space. The project included additional classrooms, laboratories, computer labs, library, support areas and a criminal justice department. | Schwartz Center for the Arts Dover’s historic Capital Theater was built in 1904 and had deteriorated significantly over time. The reconstruction of the Capital Theater was completed through a well orchestrated, tedious and detailed demolition process to ensure additional damage to the structure did not occur. The building’s structure was also stabilized and reinforced while the rest of the building was rebuilt.
| New Castle County Courthouse The 565,000-square-foot, $136.7 million building was the largest single building project ever undertaken by the State of Delaware. It houses 44 courtrooms as well as future expansion for eight additional courtrooms. The state-of-the-art courthouse building was bid and constructed using the Delaware public bid procedures, including the recently adopted pre-qualification process, and was completed on time and under budget.
