CEO
A graduate of Bradley University, Andy has been working in the industry and with EDiS since 1973. He is a well-respected member of the business community and sits on the boards of numerous business and non-profit organizations.

Brian DiSabatino
President, EDiS Company & EDiS Building Systems
A graduate of James Madison University, Brian has been working in the industry and with EDiS since 1987. As president Brian is charged with strategy, operations and business development. Brian serves on many community and industry Boards in Delaware and Pennsylvania and is a Director of the Delaware Contractors Association. Brian is the official spokesperson for the company.

Richard P. DiSabatino, Jr.
Executive Vice President
A graduate of the University of Delaware, Rick has been working in the industry and with EDiS since 1980. As Director of Field Operations and EDiS' Safety Program, he demands safe projects and superior quality control.

 

Bradley W. Cowen, LEEDAP
Vice President, EDiS Company
A graduate of Delaware Technical & Community College, Brad has been with EDiS since 1979. He started working in the field and has moved through the company from Estimator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager and into his current position as Vice President.

Gerald T. Doherty, LEEDAP
Vice President, EDiS Company
A graduate of University of Delaware, Jerry has been with EDiS since 1990. He was the Chief Estimator for 13 years before becoming Operations Manager and Vice President of EDiS Company.

Michael Freda, P.E., LEEDAP
Vice President, EDiS Building Systems
A graduate of Rutgers University, Mike currently is involved in sales, marketing and operations of the EDiS Building System division.
